Joseph Priestley House Receives Financial Support from the National Chemical Society to Keep Joseph Priestley House and Museum Open

According to an article in Preservation, the official publication of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, published on January 25, 2010, Tom Bresenhan, President of the Friends of Joseph Priestley House indicated that "the National Chemical Society has chipped in to keep the home [Joseph Priestley House and Museum] open." He further stated that "Preserving it was an absolute necessity."

Perhaps the bandwagon of support is just starting to circle the Joseph Priestley House and protect it from distinction.
